Five customs people who got tired of explaining delays.
Nexus was founded by five graduates of the same Customs Administration class of 2016. All five of us have spent the decade since inside logistics and supply chain operations — the side of the counter where the delays actually get felt.
We started Nexus because the same problems kept repeating: entries lodged with the wrong classification, documents requested twice, clients told a shipment was “still in assessment” for four days with no explanation. Those are fixable. Most of them are fixed by someone who actually reads the file before it is lodged.
